We supply spare parts coming together with the machines, also our warranty to doypack machine is 2 years, to VFFS machine is 1 year, to filling machines is also 1year. What’s more, there are few points we shall pay attention to:
1, we need air compressor to supply air to the packing machines, we will see what machines need air and then help you choose the suitable model
2, we need to confirm the power supply you need, some customers need single phase, some customers need three phases. If your technician plug in the machine with mistake, then the broken parts are not in guarantee
3, pls tell us it is first time or second time to buy packing machines, if it is your first time, pls tell us whether you need semi-automatic or fully automatic system.
4, the basic question is we shall know what material to pack, rolling film, premade bags, containers, bottles, jars and so on

Q4. We are afraid you won't send us the machine after we send you the money?
We have our business license and certificate.And it is available for us to send your the production process,and video chat or online chat to see the machines. If possible,welcome to our factory.
